Breathwork

Slow down and bring your nervous system back into harmony with 60 minutes of meditative breathwork. Through calming music and gentle guidance, we will use different breath patterns that allow you to disconnect with the busy mind, and tune into the body, bringing a calm and relaxed state of being.
